Partner Workout:

KB Carry 1x with Partner (hold 1 KB together)50 goblet squats (1 work/1 rest)
Run 3x w/ Partner
KB Carry 1x with Partner (hold 1 KB together)
50 KBS
Run 3x w/ Partner
KB Carry 1x with Partner (hold 1 KB together)
50 Lunges (2 for 1)
Run 3x w/ Partner
KB Carry 1x with Partner (hold 1 KB together)
